Movie Label is a versatile movie manager, which enables you to catalog your entire movie collection (DVD, VHS, Blu-ray, HD DVD, movies on your hard drive, etc). Thanks to its powerful features, you can have your movie collection cataloged in no time, because Movie Label can download all the information from the Internet (from IMDB database), so you don't have to type text, or do something else. It saves all the useful infos about the movies, like the complete cast and credits, plot summary, cover art, URLs to streaming trailers, and lots more. Using this software is easy and it saves you a lot of time organizing your media. You only have to insert the movie's name and then press the 'search' button. A search result list will be available, and you can choose a title from the suggested ones, to add to 'download check', then the program will download the information about the movie. Movie Label integrates a 'Loan Manager' that keeps track of your lent disks. If you want to perform a loan, just add to the database a person's name, e-mail address, phone number and then click on the movie you want to lend. An event will be created, and the entry will be kept in the database until the person returns the disk(s). You can even choose to send an e-mail reminder to that person. The program can generate reports on the cover art, detailed movie, loan oriented reports, etc. which you can preview, edit with the 'Report Editor' (that looks like a total different program with its own features and options) and also print on paper, or export as TXT or PDF. Movies or media statistics can also be generated, showing the count per studio/genre/person, and other stats. Because the database can get pretty big, you can create other databases, as many as you want to, but you have to backup each of them separately. All the data within a database can be exported as an HTML, XML, EXCEL or TXT file. Pluses: It has lots of features and support for ten languages. Drawbacks / flaws: In conclusion: If you were looking for a movie manager, you may give it a try and find it to be a worthy product.
